Mtv Flux
A sophisticated breed of avatars created for MTV Flux, a ground breaking channel aimed at style conscious young adults and a nationwide first - TV controlled directly by its viewers at all times.
The new channel encourages members to upload their own content to TV and the internet, join an online community and control their own channel by mouse, mobile or remote.
We created a sophisticated breed of 3D avatars which were designed to appeal to the target audience of 21+ young adults. The final designs, with echoes of Japanese "manga", were turned into animated 3D identities that walk, talk and even show their emotions.
Using a character builder, avatars are created and personalised as on-screen identities to represent individuals within the Flux community and operate seamlessly across web, mobile and TV allowing users to personalise their channels and devices.
The avatars give Flux members a sophisticated, lifelike digital identity on any screen, enhancing interactivity and brand loyalty.
